We are accepting applications for Sales Management (with experience) who realize customer service is the No.1 priority by directing, coaching, and motivating their sales staff by maximizing every customers experience. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in managing individuals who have been on commission or a performance based plan. And their individual performance of their sales ability is part of their compensation with a base salary plus store bonus.
* Being part of the Store Management Team, you will be the coach and store selling director and operational director
* As the coach , you will train and motivate all of your employees
* Most importantly, you will facilitate the consistent performance of the appropriate benchmark, selling behaviors and team selling
* You will be instrumental in creating a positive, high quality work environment which is critical for success
* As the store operational director, you will ensure that your inventory is controlled, your tailor shop well managed, and all other operations in your store run smoothly
* Finally, you will be our leader for all store employees and model appropriate selling behavior through team selling and assisting your own customers

Our client is a leader in the consumer packaged goods industry. They are currently seeking a Bilingual Contracts Administrator to join their team in the Finance division.
You will be responsible for supporting all contract endeavors in terms of providing appropriate information to various divisions regarding tenders, RFPs and RFIs.
You will be the main point of contact for sales people, managers, executive assistants and other team members.
You are newly graduated from a univerity degree program with an interest in Finance. You have excellent communication skills in French and English and are looking for a ground floor opportunity with an amazing organization.
You must be bright, outgoing and full of energy.
You will work Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM. Our client offers a great team environment as well as an onsite gym, cafeteria and company-brand store. You will also receive a modified benefits package and 3 weeks vacation.
This is a 1-year contract role.

Part-time Customer Contact Representatives
(Three Bilingual in English and French)
20 Hours Per Week with Benefits
Located in Ajax, and reporting to the Manager, Inbound Contact Centre this position is responsible for responding to inbound calls and ensuring service levels are maintained in this fast-paced environment. In this role, you will answer inbound customer calls, assist customers with placing service calls, supply orders and respond to general account enquiries. You must be able to multitask and provide a superlative customer experience through each and every transaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining customer relations with Major and Corporate Accounts
* Resolution management
* Understanding the contract negotiation process
* Account reconciliation
Qualifications:
* Oral fluency in French and English
* High school diploma.
* Experience in an inbound call centre is preferred.
* Superior problem identification/resolution and negotiation abilities.
* Experience upselling is an asset.
* Demonstrated business presentation skills coupled with professionalism.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Ability to interface effectively with customers.
* Strong keyboarding skills and experience working with Windows.
* Basic Word and Excel an asset.
Flexibility to work M-F 20 hours/week between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Great positions for students or recent moms or dads returning to work after a maternity or paternity leave!
