Bilingual Contracts Administrator
Our client is a leader in the consumer packaged goods industry. They are currently seeking a Bilingual Contracts Administrator to join their team in the Finance division. You will be responsible for supporting all contract endeavors in terms of providing appropriate information to various divisions regarding tenders, RFPs and RFIs. You will be the main point of contact for sales people, managers, executive assistants and other team members. You are newly graduated from a univerity degree program with an interest in Finance. You have excellent communication skills in French and English and are looking for a ground floor opportunity with an amazing organization. You must be bright, outgoing and full of energy. You will work Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM. Our client offers a great team environment as well as an onsite gym, cafeteria and company-brand store. Bilingual Part Time Customer Contact Representativ
Part-time Customer Contact Representatives (Three Bilingual in English and French) 20 Hours Per Week with Benefits Located in Ajax, and reporting to the Manager, Inbound Contact Centre this position is responsible for responding to inbound calls and ensuring service levels are maintained in this fast-paced environment. In this role, you will answer inbound customer calls, assist customers with placing service calls, supply orders and respond to general account enquiries. You must be able to multitask and provide a superlative customer experience through each and every transaction. Key responsibilities include: * Maintaining customer relations with Major and Corporate Accounts * Resolution management * Understanding the contract negotiation process * Account reconciliation Qualifications: * Oral fluency in French and English * High school diploma. * Experience in an inbound call centre is preferred. * Superior problem identification/resolution and negotiation abilities. * Experience upselling is an asset. * Demonstrated business presentation skills coupled with professionalism. * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. * Ability to interface effectively with customers. * Strong keyboarding skills and experience working with Windows. * Basic Word and Excel an asset. Flexibility to work M-F 20 hours/week between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
